Interpretation and Definitions
The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the same conditions as in our Terms and Conditions.
Company (referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to Fande Technologies, Commercial Center, Along Ring Road, Nairobi, Kenya.
Service refers to the Website and all digital products or technology-based services offered by the Company.
You means the individual or business purchasing from the Company.
Digital Services and Non-Tangible Products
Due to the nature of our services—including but not limited to website design, data analysis, and cybersecurity solutions—all purchases of digital or customized services are non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.
However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues or deficiencies in the service provided.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

A duplicate payment was made by error.

The project or service has not yet started and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment.

The Company fails to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeline and no communication or progress has been made.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@fande.co.ke with proof of payment and order details.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

Completed or ongoing digital services (such as web design, hosting, or cybersecurity setup)

Domain name purchases or third-party subscriptions

Consultation and training fees

Any partially delivered project already approved by the client
Revisions and Service Corrections
If You are not satisfied with a completed service, We encourage You to contact Us.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, make reasonable revisions or corrections in line with the original project scope.
Processing of Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
